Maintenance Service Technician

Shugarman's Bath is the fastest growing bathroom remodeling company in Southern California. Shugarman's Bath is looking for an experienced service technician to help us cover service calls as needed, ensuring all of our work meets our showroom quality standard, and making sure our customers are 100% happy with our finished product and service. This position requires a jack-of-all-trades person who is a self starter and has a “can-do” attitude who is passionate about taking care of people.

Responsibilities

• Advanced plumbing, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting
• Light electrical, repair and troubleshooting
• Drywall patch and paint
• Perfect silicone and caulking
• Adjusting shower doors
• Installing shower accessories, applying nonslip on tubs and bases
• Providing 5-Star Customer Service! We go above and beyond for our customers

Education Requirements

• Broad set of plumbing, carpentry, repair and maintenance skills
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Reliable truck is required (we reimburse for mileage!)
• Great attendance and amazingly positive attitude is a must
• Proven working experience as a construction Worker or handyman
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Records
• Able to lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Good organizational and time management skills

Incentives

• You will be reimbursed for all reasonable, pre approved business expenses, including mileage at the rate the IRS determines, currently set at $0.56 per mile. You will also receive a $20 per pay period reimbursement to compensate for your personal phone used for business purposes.
